Kerry Sims - Program Administrator
Kerry Sims has been in the insurance and risk management business
since 1993. Since joining North American Solutions (NAS) in 2001,
Kerry has helped numerous schools
effectively manage their property / casualty and workers’ compensation
needs. He is currently responsible for the administration and
marketing of property / casualty and
workers’ compensation programs in both Texas and Louisiana.
He is also involved in the development and research of new products
and services which may benefit all
North American Solutions’ clients. His proactive approach provides
his clients with the comfort of knowing that their individual
needs will be met and their expectations
will be exceeded.
Prior to joining NAS, Kerry began his career as a claims adjuster for Progressive Insurance where he
gained extensive knowledge of claims handling and claims settlement. He was quickly
promoted to Claims Manager, where he supervised a staff of adjusters that handled approximately $50
million in claims payments annually. Numerous NAS clients have benefited from his experience and
knowledge of the claims process.
Kerry is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and has attended the Dale Carnegie course for
Effective Speaking and Human Relations. He holds a Local Recording Agent, Surplus Lines Broker and
Adjuster’s License in the State of Texas. He also holds a Surplus Lines Broker and a Non-Resident
Property & Casualty Agent’s License in the State of Louisiana.
Kerry’s hobbies include outdoor activities and coaching his children’s soccer and baseball games. He lives in Cypress with his wife Marney, daughter Taylor and son Ryan. Contact Kerry
