Larry Harper - Claims Administrator
Larry Harper began his career in claims in 1973 as a casualty claims
representative for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company. He later gained multi-line claims experience and was promoted into
management in 1980. Progressive promotions afforded the opportunity to be involved in
property / casualty claim management and claims consulting in Ohio,
Indiana and Pennsylvania. In 1991 Larry
moved to Texas to provide leadership for the Nationwide state
claims organization which grew from 50 employees to over 300 during
his tenure as state claims leader.
In February 2003, Larry joined Edwards Claims Administration as Director of Property/Casualty Claims. His responsibilities include assuring fast and fair settlement of PCAL Member property and casualty losses while keeping members informed of the status of their claims and loss experience. He is an advocate for continuous improvement in claims service delivery and professional growth through continuing education.
Larry earned his Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Economics
and Political Science at Western Michigan University. He holds the Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter, Associate
in Risk Management and Senior Claims Law designations. Contact Larry
